Area Sales Manager


Roles & Responsibilities

· Conduct training for team members at periodic intervals
· Responsible for the MIS and competitive analysis for the territory
· Formulate strategies to increase the customer base
· Monitor team’s performance on a regular basis
· Achieve sales target for self and motivate team to achieve their target.
· Travel across the assigned territory on periodic basis


Key Skills & Qualities

· Good communication, interpersonal and networking skills
· Self-driven and result oriented
· Team Player
· Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)


Qualification & Work Experience

· Graduation & above.
· Sales experience of 4 to 7 years with minimum 3 years in solar industry
