Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage day to day operations for the brand.
• Setting SOPs as per brand standards.
• Plan and execute project management within the established scope, schedule and budget by meeting the standards.
• Planning new menu with chefs and new product innovation
• Strategy planning, due diligence and business development for the brand as per current market trends.
Experience
• Min 6+ years of experience in relevant food manufacturing industry. Candidates should have good experience of cafe, bakery, and processed packed food manufacturing business.
• Experience with International F&B chains especially with bakery brands would be an added advantage.
Education
• Graduation & Above with minimum 6+ years of experience in relevant field.

• Management, Kitchen Management, Bakery, Retail Operations, Training, Business Development Operations, Supply Chain, Frozen Delivery Management, Food And Beverage Project Management, SOP Development, P&L Capex.
• Expertise in setting up the brand operations for central kitchen/pre-opening new retail and franchisee stores.
• Skilled in Operations, Training, Auditing, Recruitment/Manpower Development and Resource Management.
• Experienced in building supply-chain and vendors negotiations for the brand.
• Full knowledge of food equipment and machinery.
• Knowledge of coffee and bakery products and frozen.
• Good Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Knowledge on Statistical data analysis
• Hands-on exposure in maintaining/optimizing food, labor costs, P&L, Budgets, Revenue and Business Development.

• Expertise in setting offline/online delivery operations and logistics
